Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic sales plans. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, tracking sales progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and commitment to excellence.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Strategy
• Strong Communication and Presentation skills for client engagement and pitching services
• Analytical skills for Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Negotiation and Relationship Management expertise
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business software
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals
• Experience in facilities management or sustainability-driven sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
