Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative strategies for business expansion. Key responsibilities include lead generation, market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. The role also demands collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, offering a dynamic environment to advance your career.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales expertise, with experience in lead generation and relationship management
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning skills to identify growth opportunities and drive expansion efforts
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills to close deals effectively and build lasting partnerships
  • Digital Marketing and Networking proficiency to drive campaigns and expand client reach
  • Knowledge of technology domains such as SaaS, AI, Blockchain, and Mobile App Development is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Relevant educational background, preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
