Job Description

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com, LLB, B.Com(H), BA(LLB)); MBA preferred

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Pitch and sell the company's services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and share quotes, proposals, and reports with clients and management.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 48 years of experience in sales, BDE/BDM, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Must have a sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently.
