Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and ualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, and online research.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Secure meetings between potential clients and our inside sales/pre-sales team.
  • Lead List Building: Develop and maintain targeted lists of potential clients based on specific criteria.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide inside sales representatives with the necessary information and resources to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards meeting targets.

Skills

  • A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales in the ERP/ SaaS segment in the US market.
  • Possesses excellent communication C interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Oracle technologies domain is desirable.
  • Solid record of accomplishment of business development through outbound calling and emailing.
  • Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot is desirable. Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
