Role Description
Lead and execute sales initiatives and offline marketing strategies to drive business growth; proven experience in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and client retention, ensuring achievement of business targets.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; prior experience in conducting seminars, workshops, or institutional presentations is an added advantage.
Possess a minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience across Retail, B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environments, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results..
