We are focused on niche software sales, product indigenization, simulation services, EMI/EMC testing, and engineering services for aerospace, defence, automotive/EV, drones, and naval sectors.
This role is for someone who can hold a conversation with an engineer at HAL in the morning and close a multi-lakh software deal with a procurement head in the afternoon. You will own the full sales cycle — from identifying the right contacts inside large defence organisations and DPSUs, to running demos, navigating long procurement timelines, and converting relationships into revenue.
