We're Hiring: Business Development Manager
Mumbai (Tardeo) | On-site | Full-time | 2–4 Years Experience
A well-established digital marketing & creative agency in Mumbai is looking for a closer, not just a pitcher. If you've sold retainer-based social media or branding services and can independently drive deals from cold outreach to closure — we want to talk.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle B2B sales (prospecting pitch closure handover)
Close retainer-based deals across D2C, lifestyle, fashion, F&B & wellness brands
Run consultative conversations with Founders & CMOs
Build pipeline, hit revenue targets, and maintain CRM hygiene
Collaborate with creative & strategy teams on standout proposals
What We're Looking For
2–4 years agency-side B2B sales experience
Proven retainer deal closures (not just pitch support)
Strong communication & consultative selling skills
Self-starter with high ownership
Bonus: Existing Mumbai brand network + CRM experience (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce)
