Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Indore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing opportunities, meeting sales targets, creating and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive growth and expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the home construction or elevator industry is advantageous but not mandatory
