Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic business partnerships. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities. The Business Development Manager will also represent the brand at industry events and work closely with internal teams and architecture and deaign community to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analytics to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Passion for sustainability, design, and cultural artistry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar business development role is highly desirable
