Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Research potential customers including HR leaders, CHROs, HR managers, and IT heads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects across industries.
Product Presentation & Demonstrations
- Present and demonstrate Farsight HRMS solutions to prospective clients.
- Explain the value of HR automation including employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll, compliance, and analytics.
- Conduct online demos, presentations, and discovery calls.
Consultative Sales
- Understand customer HR processes and business challenges.
- Recommend appropriate HRMS configurations (SaaS or On-Premise).
- Prepare solution proposals, pricing models, and ROI explanations.
Complete Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the full cycle from lead qualification proposal negotiation closure.
- Coordinate with technical, implementation, and product teams during pre-sales discussions.
- Ensure smooth handover to the implementation team after deal closure.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, and IT decision-makers.
- Maintain engagement with prospects during the decision-making process.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional modules and services.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor offerings in the HRMS / HR tech space.
- Share market feedback with product and leadership teams.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the product's market positioning.
Required Skills
Sales Skills
- Strong B2B software sales capability
- Experience in consultative and solution-based selling
- Ability to present to CXO-level stakeholders
Communication Skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to simplify complex product features for business users
Technical Understanding
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, or ERP software is preferred
Experience
- 15 years experience in B2B software sales
- Experience in HRMS, ERP, or SaaS products preferred
Education
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
or
- Graduate with relevant sales experience
