Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Understand the market and define USPs of in-house products
  • Generate leads, prospects, and referrals, and convert them into clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Open new client accounts and strategic partnerships (Hunter Instinct)
  • Plan, execute, and monitor sales operations for accelerated growth

Client & Account Management:

  • Develop relationships with existing clients and maximize revenue
  • Ensure 100% end-to-end fulfillment for all orders
  • Analyze client performance and trends to improve sales strategies
  • Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations

Team Management & Reporting:

  • Based on performance, handle team management responsibilities
  • Maintain databases using MS Office tools and send daily reports
  • Program manage cross-functional operations to ensure SLA adherence

Compliance & Domain Knowledge:

  • Ensure compliance with taxation, state forms, accounts receivable/payable
  • Knowledge of Payments and Settlement Act (RBI), Merchant Category Codes (MCC), PCI DSS, Nodal and Escrow Accounts
  • Experience in selling software products; preference for Education/Fintech/ERP domain
