Dsoft is hiring the Business Development Manager for SuvarnaSetu - Jeweler's Personalized Business App & Ornate CRM. Our specialized platform aims to elevate retail jewellers business through personalized promotion strategies in app. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation within the assigned region through strategic client acquisition for our personalized business app by focusing on the target segment of retail jewellers. Job Responsibilities:

1.Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth within the assigned region as per decided strategy & planning in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets with consistency.
  • Implement effective sales tactics and initiatives to maximize revenue potential.

2.Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the jewelry retail and jewelry wholesale & manufacturing sectors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail jewelers to enhance revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the team to explore innovative approaches for business expansion.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

4.Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for revenue growth and improvement.

5.Collaborative Approach & Regular Reporting:

  • Cooperate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for better output.
  • Adhere to structured reporting framework of daily, weekly, monthly regular reports to produce key metrics, milestones, and project updates with your regular reports.
  • Open to feedback mechanism to make continuous improvements and address any challenges faced by you.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide effective revenue-focused solutions.

Education: Master OR bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
