Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site business development manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, and expand Dolphy's presence in key segments such as hospitality, corporate offices, and commercial facilities. Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, and project coordination teams to align business development activities with ongoing campaigns and project delivery. The business development manager will also track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and support sustainable revenue growth.
