About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion for our fast-growing IT startup. This role focuses on driving sales performance, building strategic partnerships, and supporting business expansion while ensuring strong execution and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation, target achievement, and business growth through new opportunities and existing networks across IT & SaaS, AI & Automation, Healthcare, Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance & BFSI and related enterprise sectors
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales and business development team
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts
- Own end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations, deal closures, and upsell/cross-sell
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective, client-focused solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring sustained client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales/business development within IT, SaaS, AI, or automation domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- Experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategy roles in technology-driven environments
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from early stages.
- Strong background in building sales strategy, Business Expansion & Growth
- Experience in B2B, AI-based, SaaS, IT services, or digital product companies (preferred)
- Global market exposure preferred
