Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into key international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, identifying strategic sales distribution channels, and conducting comprehensive market research in regions such as Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. You will play a crucial role in creating and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on regions like Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify and establish sales distribution channels in the assigned regions. This includes creating and implementing strategic Marketing strategies and brand development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough international market research & analysis of competitors to position company products effectively.
  • Profitability & Branding: Perform profitability evaluation of promotional actions to ensure a strong return on investment. You will also be responsible for Branding initiatives to enhance market presence.
  • Targeted Markets: Specifically focus on market development and sales in Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in International Business Development and International Marketing.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing strategic marketing strategies and branding.
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
  • A track record of developing sales distribution channels in regions like Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
