Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jharkhand, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. The role will also involve monitoring industry trends, handling client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
  • Proficiency in team collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Prior experience in the education or coaching industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
