As aBusiness Development Manager, you will own an annual sales quota of812 Cr, responsible for driving new revenue from mid-to-large enterprises across global markets, especially in cybersecurity services such as SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intelligence, and DFIR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Target Achievement
- Manage and exceed a quota of812 Crannual revenue
- Deliver on quarterly sales targets (new business + renewals)
- Maintain 68x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership
2. Hunting & Lead Generation
- Identify and acquire new logos in BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS, and Enterprise sectors
- Lead outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and events
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans for target accounts
3. Sales Cycle Management
- Run the complete sales cycle: discovery qualification solutioning proposal negotiation closure
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of Risk, IT Directors)
- Drive consultative, value-based selling to solve customer pain points
4. Account Management & Growth
- Build multi-threaded relationships within customer organizations
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Drive upsell and cross-sell across cybersecurity offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support renewal efforts
5. Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships
- Work closely with Pre-Sales for demos, PoVs, and solutioning
- Partner with Marketing for ABM campaigns, events, webinars
- Collaborate with Channel Partners, MSPs, OEMs, and SIs for joint GTM strategies
- Share market intelligence and insights with internal teams
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Track pipeline health, deal stages, and forecast accuracy
- Ensure compliance with pricing and proposal processes
- Participate in pipeline reviews and strategic planning sessions
7. Thought Leadership & Representation
- Represent SECCURE at industry events, webinars, and conferences
- Act as a trusted advisor on emerging cyber threats and compliance mandates
- Contribute to success stories, case studies, and client reference
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Engineering (Computer Science / IT / Electronics), OR
- Business Administration / Management, OR
- Equivalent degree with relevant technical/sales experience
Good-to-Have:
- MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, IT Management) from Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes
- Cybersecurity certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
- CISM / CISA
- CompTIA Security+ / CCSP
