Job Summary:
We are seeking high-performing hunters who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at closing enterprise deals. As a Business Development Manager, you will carry a revenue quota of 812 Cr annually, directly generating new business across mid-to-large enterprises in cybersecurity services like SOC, GRC, DFIR, Threat Intelligence, Awareness SaaS, and more.
This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility and performance-based growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales Ownership
Own and exceed an annual quota of 812 Cr.
Deliver quarterly sales targets for new business and renewals.
Maintain 6x8x pipeline coverage with accurate forecasting.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Hunt new logos in BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS, and Enterprise verticals.
Drive outbound sales via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and events.
Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Enterprise Sales Execution
Run the full sales cycle: Discovery Qualification Solutioning Proposal Negotiation Closure.
Engage decision-makers: CISOs, CIOs, Heads of Risk, and IT Directors.
Apply consultative, value-based selling approaches.
Account Management & Growth
Develop multi-level relationships within accounts.
Conduct regular QBRs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure renewals and satisfaction by coordinating with delivery teams.
Internal & External Collaboration
Work with Pre-Sales for demos, PoVs, and solution design.
Collaborate with Marketing for ABM campaigns, webinars, and events.
Partner with Alliances (SIs, MSPs, OEMs) for joint GTM efforts.
Reporting & CRM Discipline
Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Participate in regular pipeline reviews and strategy sessions.
Ensure compliance for proposals, pricing, and contracts.
Thought Leadership & Representation
Represent SECCURE at cybersecurity conferences and CXO events.
Stay informed about cyber threats, compliance updates, and industry trends.
Contribute to case studies, client references, and marketing assets.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Bachelor's Degree in:
Engineering (CS/IT/Electronics), OR
Business Administration / Management, OR
Equivalent with relevant technical or sales experience.
Good-to-Have:
MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, IT) from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes.
Cybersecurity certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
