Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase – 1, New Delhi

Work Type: On-Site

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Pharma Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies for pharma products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain sales reports and business records.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in Pharma Sales / Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience in PCD Pharma or Third-Party Manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle client relationships independently.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • Good knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication, and CRM handling is a plus.
