Responsibilities and Duties:

●Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands

● Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships

● Engage with founders, marketing heads, and key decision-makers

● Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions

● Achieve sales targets and revenue goals consistently

● Create and execute effective sales strategies

● Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

● Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility

● Align client expectations with company capabilities

● Track and record all sales activities and client interactions

Our Wish Your Skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

● Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

● Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively

What We're Looking For

● 2–3 years of experience in sales (EdTech experience preferred)

● Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to engage and connect with individuals at all organizational levels

● Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

● Team management and leadership skills

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities

● Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
