Experience Required: 1-3 years & above in institutional selling to Food/Pharma/Ingredient/Nutraceutical/Agrochemical manufacturers.

Key Accountabilities
- Enlarge customer base through active prospection.
- Maintain existing customer/supplier relationships.
- Create new business opportunities in the assigned market areas.
- Develop long-term partnerships that result in increased sales and margins growth
- Plan and organize daily activities according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.
- Regularly report activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers product, and service needs, competitive activities).
Profile
- Successful commercial experience, preferably in the food/Ingredients/pharma/nutraceuticals/agrochemicals B2B environment.
- Understanding of Food ingredients or relevant industry with competitive analysis.
- Technical knowledge about the products.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good customer service skills.
- Demonstrated sales planning, forecasting, and sales execution experience
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Focused and competent, accountable at all times and strive to deliver time-bound results.
