Job Description

Qualification: Degree in Food Sciences or Pharmacy is preferred. Commerce/Management degrees are also acceptable

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience Required: 1-3 years & above in institutional selling to Food/Pharma/Ingredient/Nutraceutical/Agrochemical manufacturers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Enlarge customer base through active prospection.
  • Maintain existing customer/supplier relationships.
  • Create new business opportunities in the assigned market areas.
  • Develop long-term partnerships that result in increased sales and margins growth
  • Plan and organize daily activities according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.
  • Regularly report activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers product, and service needs, competitive activities).

Profile

  • Successful commercial experience, preferably in the food/Ingredients/pharma/nutraceuticals/agrochemicals B2B environment.
  • Understanding of Food ingredients or relevant industry with competitive analysis.
  • Technical knowledge about the products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated sales planning, forecasting, and sales execution experience
  • High degree of personal integrity and professionalism.
  • Focused and competent, accountable at all times and strive to deliver time-bound results.
