  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Manage and supervise State Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and sales teams.
  • Expand and strengthen distributors, dealers, and channel partner networks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for regional promotional activities.
  • Conduct sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training programs for the team.
  • Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in nutraceutical/pharma / FMCG sales
  • Strong network in Karnataka market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka

Salary Range: 25000/- to 50000/-
