Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market for our software services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in international sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, along with the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
This role requires a proactive hunter mindset with expertise in end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the US market for software services.
- Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Strategy & Proposal Management
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Customize solutions based on client requirements and industry trends.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
- Track and report sales performance to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure successful deal execution.
- Support smooth client onboarding and transition to delivery teams.
Requirement Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT Services / Software Services / SaaS
- Proven experience in US market sales (mandatory)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of software services / digital solutions / IT outsourcing
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
