Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding Cult's presence across key industries. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and delivering customized wellness solutions that create measurable value for organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, proven experience working with HR, Admin, and Procurement stakeholders, and a track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector to expand
Cult's enterprise client base.
● Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase Cult's presence across target
industries.
● Client Acquisition: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and engage key decision-makers to understand their
business and wellness requirements.
● Solution Selling: Present and position Cult's wellness offerings while customizing solutions to meet the unique needs of enterprise
clients.
● Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, commercial negotiations, and
strategic account acquisition.
● Outbound Lead Generation: Implement proactive outbound sales initiatives and campaigns to build a strong pipeline of qualified
opportunities.
● CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to track prospects, monitor sales activities, ensure timely follow-ups, and improve
conversion rates.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and delivery of
services to clients.
● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and business leadership
stakeholders.
● Market Intelligence: Analyze customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends to continuously strengthen Cult's
enterprise offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 4–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within Hospitality, BFSI, Real Estate, Healthcare, Wellness, or related
industries.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
● Strong experience engaging HR, Admin, Procurement, and leadership stakeholders.
● Deep understanding of corporate sales cycles, procurement processes, and enterprise negotiations.
● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
● Prior experience in enterprise sales teams is strongly preferred.
