Job Description:

We are hiring a Virtual Business Development Manager Education Loan to support channel operations. The role involves interacting with channel partners and education consultants, to promote education loan products, ensure accurate application processing, and achieve business targets in line with the company's policies.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to channel partners, education consultants.
• Explain Credila education loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment structure, and sanction process.
• Understand Sales/BDM mappings and any service issues the channel/consultant is facing with Credila.
• Coordinate with Sales/BDM to ensure timely service and business delivery.
• Handle channel partner queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Management Graduate
• Experience in education loans, retail lending, or BFSI tele calling preferred

Skills

• Basic understanding of banking/NBFC lending processes, KYC, and credit norms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and compliance-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
