Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales/Growth Manager to join our team on-site in Gurugram. This is a core outbound sales role focused on driving revenue growth through active reachouts and client acquisition.
The Sales/Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new brand and agency partnerships by pitching Cogni Labs integrated solutions across influencers, events, experiential campaigns, and digital amplification.
Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, cold outreach, sales meetings, proposal development, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing deals. The role requires a high-energy, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Core Sales / Outbound Business Development
Strong ability to execute cold outreach, prospecting, and client pitching
Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Deal Closure skills
Experience managing sales funnels, CRM systems, and revenue targets
Understanding of influencer marketing, events, digital campaigns, or brand partnerships is a strong plus
Self-motivated, execution-focused, and growth-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
