- Fladger Associates is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager US Staffing with a strong background in direct client acquisition and vendor management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, managing strategic partnerships, and driving overall business growth within the US staffing market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage direct clients and vendor accounts within the US staffing market
- Develop new business opportunities through MSPs and VMS platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, contract negotiation, and account management
- Maintain and continuously update a strong database of clients, vendors, and decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, pricing structures, and client requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
- 68 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development
- Proven experience in direct client handling and vendor relationship management
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and client-side hiring requirements
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage long-term client relationships
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
