Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role requires active participation in client meetings, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The Business Development Manager will also focus on expanding the company's reach through networking and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Account Management
  • Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Business Strategy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales software
  • Prior experience in the technology or software development industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
