This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring sales targets are met. The successful candidate will also analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions.

• Proficiency in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of electronic security solutions like biometrics and CCTV, as well as networking and system integration
• Ability to analyze market trends and deliver tailored strategies based on customer requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work toward achieving business goals
• Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in IT, networking, or electronic security industries is a plus
