Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Making sales plan for the year with volume and profit targets.
  • Developing a Key Account Strategy and overall Account Plan to achieve the sales target.
  • Evolving client user-influencer-approver profiles to facilitate relationship building and business development.
  • Understanding client requirements and evolving creative solutions through product combinations.
  • Price negotiations.
  • Closing deals.
  • Periodical review of process and target achievement of volume, profit overall, and per key account.
  • Client interaction for follow-up and complaints (if any).

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proactive and influential communication style.
  • Strategic solution-based problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to forge relationships at key levels in the client hierarchy.
  • Confidence.
  • Persistence in follow-up.
