Job Description

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager with a background in corporate events/MICE sales, who understands how to engage and close corporate clients.

The role will focus on selling Sunset Cinema Club's experiential screening formats to corporatesfor employee engagement, client events and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate sales for Sunset Cinema Club experiences
  • Identify, prospect and onboard new corporate clients
  • Build relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement teams
  • Pitch customised event concepts and solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Own the sales pipeline and drive closures
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and execute events

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate sales within events / MICE / experiential industry
  • Strong understanding of how corporate events are bought and executed
  • Experience in selling to corporate clients (HR/Admin/Marketing)
  • Existing network within corporates is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and timelines
  • Highly target-driven and proactive
