Job Description

We're looking for a driven and well-networked Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales for our events division.

This role is focused on acquiring and managing corporate clients, pitching bespoke event concepts, and closing high-value deals across MICE and experiential formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end corporate sales across MICE and experiential events
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients
• Build relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement teams
• Pitch customised event concepts and solutions aligned to client objectives
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Own the sales pipeline and drive closures
• Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and execute events

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate sales / MICE / event industry
• Strong understanding of corporate event formats, destinations, and vendor ecosystem
• Existing network across corporate HR/Admin/Marketing stakeholders is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and timelines efficiently
• Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
