Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation, along with strong industry connections and strategic thinking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, and product) to create tailored solutions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development within the IT industry
- Proven experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile, AI, Digital Solutions, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and client acquisition strategies
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
