Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The role will also involve market research, sales forecasting, and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams for effective project execution
  • An understanding of HVAC solutions or construction industry experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune and occasional travel based on client needs
