  • Execute outbound outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
  • Lead insight-based conversations around business goals, marketing gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and authority.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders. Initiate conversations focused on business challenges, brand goals, and marketing gaps.
  • Present CC's capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions effectively.
  • Nurture warm leads and maintain structured follow-ups until conversion.
  • Ensure proposals solve real client challenges and clearly highlight CC's strengths.
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with clear briefs and expectations.
  • Support new client onboarding and early-stage satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete CRM hygiene with accurate logs, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
  • Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through clean, updated CRM records.
