This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market analysis to target potential clients, and creating strategies to drive growth. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and achieving sales targets.

• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Organizational and Project Management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in analytical tools to track market trends and business performance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
