Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, pitching services to potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes creating business proposals, monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and meeting sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills, including experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Strategic thinking, market research, and data analysis abilities to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the events and exhibitions industry or related sectors is highly beneficial.
