Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to drive company growth. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing business proposals, managing existing accounts, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role will require continuous collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Opportunity Identification

• Experience in the construction, interior design, or coatings industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
