Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing and executing strategic growth plans, building strong client relationships, and collaborating across departments to drive revenue generation. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management
  • Experience in market research, sales planning, and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage cross-functional teams, and achieve targets in remote settings
  • Familiarity with the education technology (EdTech) industry or related sectors is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals and revenue targets
