Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Dwarka. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing detailed business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate will engage with key stakeholders, facilitate negotiations, and contribute to achieving organizational targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong expertise in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Strategy Development
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services considered a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Dwarka with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus
