We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager based in Mumbai to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, leading sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop customer-centric solutions. You will work closely with brands, partners, and influencers to deliver impactful marketing campaigns while achieving revenue goals.

• Sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and lead generation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills alongside negotiation and influencing abilities
• Strategic planning and analytical skills to assess market trends and devise effective solutions
• A strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on results
• Prior experience in advertising, media, or marketing roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline; MBA preferred
