Role Purpose:
We're looking for a sharp, aggressive Business Development Manager who can bring business on day one and scale our freight forwarding operations.
Work Location: Coimbatore and Chennai
Responsibilities:
Hunt and close profitable freight forwarding business (Air & Sea).
Drive Ocean Freight (Export, Import & Cross Trade – FCL/LCL) and Air Freight sales.
Leverage your existing customer base to generate immediate revenue.
Build a strong pipeline and smash monthly/quarterly targets.
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting to collections.
Coordinate with operations to deliver fast, competitive logistics solutions.
Strong active client base in the Indian market.
Qualification, Skills & Benefits:
Graduate / Post Graduate with 4–6 years in freight forwarding sales (Air & Sea).
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
Solid understanding of freight pricing, trade lanes, and logistics operations.
Highly driven, street-smart, and results-obsessed.
