Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities
- Research and target potential clients across IT, finance, healthcare, and emerging industry sectors
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met and quality service is delivered.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the job market in India.
- Acquire clients for Permanent placement, staffing, EOR, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in IT recruitment or specialized industry verticals
- Existing network of HR decision-makers and hiring managers
