What You'll Do:

Develop & manage accounts with US government agencies

Own the US Govt market Identify, target, and convert opportunities with U.S. State/Federal Market

Develop new accounts Build strong relationships with client POCs.

Drive revenue through strategic BD & account penetration

Collaborate across recruiting, marketing, and delivery teams

Lead proposals, close deals & exceed growth targets!

You're a great fit if you have:

812 years in US IT staffing + at least 5 years in BD

A strong network in the US IT Staffing

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building & sales skills
