About the Role
We are looking for someone who can build, scale, and lead a business development engine, not just close deals individually.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Drive new client acquisition in the US staffing market
- Build and manage a team of Business Development Executives
- Define outbound strategy (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Own pipeline generation, conversions, and revenue targets
- Implement and optimize Zoho CRM for tracking, reporting, and performance visibility
- Set KPIs, monitor activity, and improve team productivity
- Train team on pitching, objection handling, and closing
Qualifications
- 4–8 years (US staffing sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
You should apply only if you have:
- Proven experience in closing US staffing clients
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, metrics, and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Ability to convert strategy into daily execution
- This role will be judged on team output and revenue, not individual effort.
