About the Role

We are looking for someone who can build, scale, and lead a business development engine, not just close deals individually.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Drive new client acquisition in the US staffing market
  • Build and manage a team of Business Development Executives
  • Define outbound strategy (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
  • Own pipeline generation, conversions, and revenue targets
  • Implement and optimize Zoho CRM for tracking, reporting, and performance visibility
  • Set KPIs, monitor activity, and improve team productivity
  • Train team on pitching, objection handling, and closing

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years (US staffing sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented

You should apply only if you have:

  • Proven experience in closing US staffing clients
  • Experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, metrics, and CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Ability to convert strategy into daily execution
  • This role will be judged on team output and revenue, not individual effort.
