We are looking for a Growth Architect. Your goal is to take a well-established medical centre and scale its turnover by developing world-class operational systems and leveraging high-performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing: Lead our digital presence with a focus on high-ROI social media and performance marketing campaigns.

AI Integration: Deploy the latest AI tools for lead nurturing, patient communication, and marketing automation.

Offline Leadership: Direct our offline marketing teams and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless Luxury Clinic experience.

System Optimization: Design and implement SOPs that enhance patient conversion and maximize business turnover.

Networking: Represent Carewell at elite networking events and build partnerships within the South Delhi HNI community.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Cosmetic, Aesthetic, or Luxury Healthcare sector.

Skills: Mastery of Digital/Performance Marketing and a passion for AI tools.

Communication: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) to interact with our premium NRI and HNI clientele.

Leadership: Strong team-building skills with a focus on accountability and results.

Academic: MBA from a reputable institute is highly preferred.
