We are rapidly growing and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through qualified inbound opportunities and strategic deal closures.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in converting inbound leads into long-term customers. You will engage with prospects on first-level demo calls scheduled by our in-house sales development team.

Your responsibility will be to assess prospect fit, deliver impactful product demonstrations, manage follow-ups, and lead negotiations through deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. First-Level Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct initial demo calls with qualified prospects scheduled by internal sales representatives.
  • Present Callbotics.ai value proposition effectively to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer pain points and map product capabilities to their business needs.

2. Prospect Qualification & Business Value Assessment

  • Evaluate whether a prospect is aligned with Callbotics.ai growth strategy.
  • Assess potential based on:
  • Ticket size
  • Business relevance
  • Long-term partnership opportunities
  • Scalability and future expansion potential

3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management

  • Manage ongoing communication with prospects through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with potential clients.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Own the sales cycle post-demo, including pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Close high-value opportunities and meet revenue targets.

5. Travel & Representation

  • Travel to the United States when required for:
  • Physical demo meetings
  • Enterprise client engagements
  • Industry conferences and events
  • Represent Callbotics.ai professionally as a brand ambassador.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in closing mid-market and enterprise deals..
  • Strong expertise in conducting product demos and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to qualify leads and identify high-value business opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling AI, Voice Automation, CCaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
  • Exposure to selling into the US market.
