Sales Business Development Manager

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Business Development Manager located in Pune. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and preparing detailed proposals. The intern will also assist in market research, tracking sales performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and generating new leads
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Networking, and Effective Communication
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Strategic Sales Plans
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM tools
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Prior experience in IT services or similar industries is a plus
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
