We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in the Corporate Real Estate sector for a Bangalore based Design & Build firm focussed in Workplace/ Office interior fit-out projects. The BD Manager will work closely with the business leaders and be responsible for market research & driving business development efforts in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for making company introduction email / calls & client meetings to promote company Brand & generate business meetings for the leadership.
- Track and follow up on leads and meet client representatives and convert leads to business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director and the Team to complete sales cycles & be responsible for managing client relationships.
- Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc.
- Target potential clients, project partners, and collaborators; identifying opportunities; building relationships; and creating direct and indirect advocacy.
- Collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations to win work.
- Attend events to promote company brand and broaden network with a range of stakeholders in the Corporate Real Estate Sector.
Requirements
- You have experience in the Corporate Real Estate sector managing B2B selling to multi-national companies in Bangalore.
- You have Knowledge of the Workplace/ Office Interior Market Sector in India including competitive positioning and strategy.
- Relevant experience in PMC s or with Building materials and product companies is preferred.
- You have a degree in business/ marketing or overall 6 to 8 years experience and minimum of relevant 4 years of focussed sales/ business development experience in the CRE sector.
