Bspoke Capital is a full service debt syndication firm founded by Raghu Bhat with more than 25 years experience in debt capital markets with specific focus on corporate finance and private credit.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai reporting to me. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, planning and executing debt syndication opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in cold calling, customer relationship management, networking and sales
  • Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in the corporate finance department of banks/ NBFCs or consulting/ advisory firm is preferred
